Whether you’re taking a weekend trip or just passing by, these are some must-visit Nebraska breweries.

Blue Blood Brewing Co

After being injured during a training, police officer, Brian Podwinski’s life changed–and so did Lincoln, Nebraska. Shortly after, Blue Blood Brewing Company was born. Beer fact: before there were bottles and kegs, people took buckets to the brewery to carry back that precious beverage. This lesser known fact of beer history inspired the name Lucky Bucket. Keep in theme and try their Pre-Prohibition Lager. Lucky Bucket Brewing definitely deserves to be on our list of must-visit Nebraska breweries.
